1. Character bottle craft parts (i.e. faces etc) come pre-assembled and glued for ease of application and to save time! With exception to our Character 'CRAFT' bottle where we bring along a craft table and assortment of fun crafts; Once children have finished making their sand bottle they can have fun designing and creating their own character bottles, suitable for boys or girls aged 4 years & upwards, please let us know if you are having a specific party theme we will endeavour to match our crafts for you!.
2. 16 different coloured sands will still be provided regardless on character bottle chosen; bottle colours shown are for example only, children can choose their own sand colours and sand designs!
3. One Character bottle design per party or two designs if choosing to have the two bottle option per guest. Only available for bottle choice 1. Please contact us for more information.
4. Character bottles are currently not available for At Home Kits, or Fundraising kits.. . please refer to our Fun Faced Bottles for these events. For outside school holiday care vacation programmes we can provide you with our Fun Faced bottle OHSC kit or we can host your event and bring along the additional craft table to create your own fun character bottles designs , please refer to our Fundraising, vacation care page for more information, thank you.

• Fun and Funky Sand Art birthday invitations sent to you prior to your party so you can invite your guests.
• Empty bottles (available only for bottle choice 1) one or two each per guest. Please contact us for each bottle price.
• A range of sixteen different coloured sands to fill your bottles along with table set up and all equipment supplied, shade gazebo if required, please advise at time of booking if gazebo is required.
• Character finishing craft kits; choose from the designs listed above, or contact us for full list or if a specific design or colours are required or full table of assorted crafts if opting for the craft table.
• A member of the Fun and Funky Sand Art team are on site to entertain and assist your guests whilst doing the activity. (NB; 1 hour 30 minutes included, if you would like to book additional time for your party please advise us at the time of booking)

• Minimum of eight guests, exact numbers must be confirmed prior to the event for character finishing kits if choosing a specific character bottle ie; crocodile etc. .
• A $30 deposit payable by bank deposit, Paypal or money order.
• A minimum of 7 days cancellation notice is required please, or the deposit is non-refundable, unless the party is rebooked for another date.

Please Note: We ask that in the event of bad weather you have a dry undercover area such as patio or garage that we could set up the sand table in, as the sand cannot get wet, thank you. We also require access to an electrical socket, thank you.
